Comment (by quozl):

 Reproduces somewhat on StopWatch-19; marks made by the first XO are
 correct, but marks made by the second XO are always 0.00.  If a watch is
 stopped and started, the marks made are correct.  Which reminds me of
 #3439; where a stop and start is needed to keep a value.
