 Confirmed on running Sugar on a Stick 1.08.1 with Fedora 24 out of
 VirtualBox. The related ticket (4904) has a similar bug with a different
 functionality. When attempting to toggle the star with only one entry, a
 complete refresh of the page was required. When two or more entries were
 in the journal a simple mouse movement away from the star showed the
 toggle. This might speak to the nature of the issue.
