 Pardon my lack of knowledge, but isn't there some issue with ever porting
 record to Gstreamer 1.0 on the XO?  Previous discourse trended towards
 this area from memory.

 Is this issue likely to be fixed?  Or will OLPC maintain a fork with
 gstreamer 0.10?
