Old description:

 There is no way to adjust date and time in Sugar. Also it would be good if
 there was a clock in the frame.
 See laptop11004 for allowing timezone change in Gnome

 * clock activity has download time feature now, using ntp,
 * changed description; ticket 11004 is for timezone change, not time and
 date change.
