#4906: No indicator when headphones are plugged in
--------------------------+-------------------------------------
  Reporter: SAMdroid | Owner:
      Type: defect | Status: new
  Priority: Normal | Milestone: Unspecified
Component: Sugar | Version: Git as of bugdate
  Severity: Minor | Resolution:
  Keywords: | Distribution/OS: Fedora
Bug Status: Unconfirmed |

Comment (by quozl):

Rephrasing the problem: with the headphones detected, Sugar continues to
show an icon for a speaker, which although it does form part of
headphones, Sam's mind and other minds map headphones to a different
symbol; this is a source of cognitive dissonance for users of multiple
 user interfaces.

 * label of palette should change from *speaker* to *headphones*,
 * icon on frame should change from a speaker to headphones.

I'm not aware of an icon in our library for headphones. My preference is
for the icon to be an image of over-the-head banded headphones, not in-ear
 earphones.
