 Live-SoaS-i686-23_Beta-1.iso booted in a VM.

 No pop out frame until contolpanel/frame is changed/restarted. Tar file of
 logs, initial boot in 1442591640, then the restart in shell.logs, might be
 related to #4835. I note that the volume control can't be altered after
 the restart but unsure of the root cause.
