 The view source dialog has no scroll bar for files that extend beyond the
 visible screen.

 Occurs on Sugar 0.107.0 and 0.106.0 with Fedora 18.

 Does not occur with Sugar 0.106.1 with Fedora 20, nor with Sugar 0.106.0
 on Ubuntu 14.04.3.
