 The journal entry star icon is predictably insensitive.

 Reproducer: create at least as many journal entries as will fill the
 journal screen with some entries off screen, that is, with a vertical
 scroll bar (on an XO laptop, 15 entries were used).  Scroll the list to
 the top, noting that the last entry is only partially shown, then click on
 the star of the last entry.

 Expected result: star state should toggle.

 Observed result: star state does not toggle, but window does scroll to
 show the entry fully.

 The multiple select checkbox does not show the same problem.

 Found while writing a test for #4852.
