New description:

 On Sugar 0.107.0, open the Journal, right-click on the Journal icon at the
 bottom left of screen, observe the palette.

 Now right-click on either Documents or a USB drive icon.

 Expected result: the palette for the Documents or USB drive shall appear.

 Observed result: the palette for the Journal icon appears.
