 In the changes to the GtkEntry in gtk 3.19.1, the icons have gotten
 bigger.

 Compared to gtk 3.18, the icons are now bigger than the text, rather than
 the same size.  They have also lost the padding, so they are now touching
 the text.

 Tested on gtk3-3.19.1-1.fc24.x86_64
