 Fedora 22 introduces auto hiding scroll bars.  The sugar theme is really
 not ready for this!

 Instead of having a scroll indicator which expands into a full scroll bar
 (like GNOME theme), sugar scroll bars are completely hidden except when
 scrolling or mousing over them.

 This is going to be very confusing for users!
