Comment:

 What platform is this on?

 The only platform I can reproduce this on is a very small sugar-build
 window.

 The `jarabe.journal.modalalert.ModalAlert` window uses the same method as
 the view source dialoug to calculate it's size.

 It also occasionally crashes the wm on 300x500 sugar-build windows - the
 journal gets put over the home view.
