 Oh, I see. I really should have tested this more thoroghly. It freezes
 with some pdf files(like
 [https://www.adobe.com/enterprise/accessibility/pdfs/acro6_pg_ue.pdf this]
 one), but not others(like [http://www.urartuuniversity.com/content_images
 /pdf-sample.pdf this] one). I tested a few files and could'nt find any
 definite pattern to which work and which don't.

 I'm on Sugar 1.06, Browse 157.2, arch linux, and an intel i5 cpu.
