 @danielfrancis,

 That file is an extension appdata file.  That would be added as an
 extension below the `sugar-runner.desktop` app.  This is more appropraite
 for sugar apps that do not have a .desktop.

 Turtle Art is a different case to the others as it has a gnome compatible
 desktop file.  I will work on a full app data file tomorrow (one that has
 screen shots and is for ta.desktop).
