 For Fedora we use the tar ball for the source and "python ./setup.py
 build" to build so what ever happens it will need to be handled either as
 part of the "make dist" that makes the tar ball of the build process. Same
 with any translations that get pulled in from a .desktop.in file to
 generate the .desktop file
