 Steps to reproduce:
 * In the Home open Settings
 * With the Settings windows opened, press Alt-Shift-H

 Result:
 * The Help window is opened, but the focus is on the Settings window.
 You can't close the Help window, need do Alt-tab, change to the settings
 window, close the setting, and then close the help.
