Comment:

 Regression was produced by commit b9d6b628a98fc17f5e92a344450b6336f1a2b2ce

 Sent a pr to solve that issue (button border not displayed, palette
 showing a border around). Change this ticket priority, because the
 remaining issue is not very noticeable.
 A initial implementation of a fix is here [1] but should use Icon instead
 of PulseIcon.
