Comment (by native):

 I figured out it to be a problem with tags. When you create a new Tex
 tBuffer and insert the final equation with tags included then it's
 creating problem. Else I tried removing the tags(i.e, Specific fonts
 (large or small)) ,then there was no such significant change in size of
 window.
