 Please support the new release of upower. This changes a number of api
 features, a rough list is at http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/devkit-
 devel/2013-October/001519.html . gnome, kde, and xfce have already patched
 themselves, and since gnome depends on the new api, most OSes are having
 to delay gnome 3.12 while waiting for sugar.
