 Not sure why Physics 19 is not being offered by the updater, but you
 should be able to install it anyway: just open Browse and click on the
 link provided in comment 1.

 If it doesn't work, please attach the log file to this ticket. (The log
 file is available from the log activity, which you will find in the List
 View (the icon on the top right of the Home View)
