Comment:

 This is still present in Sugar 0.101.6.

 I don't know if this is a bug though. Using this as a "replicating"
 mechanism makes no sense since we have a proper "duplicate" option.

 The current behavior seems natural to me, as clipboard generally contains
 "raw" (text/image/etc) data. It could be confusing to have have different
 results when the user keeps raw text from a select-copy action and copy-
 from-palette action.
