Comment:

 This is no longer present in Sugar 0.101.6.

 The current behavior is:
 1. click on connect to the AP.
 2. sugar prompts password dialog, then type incorrect password and click
 on Accept.
 3. after it fails, sugar prompts password dialog again, then click on
 Cancel.
 4. sugar no longer attempts to connect to the AP.
