 TestCase:

 * Download Write 89 [1]

 * Install and open in a xo-4 touch.

 * Open the Text toolbar.

 * The last button, is the alignment button.

 * Touch it one time: the palette will open.

 * Touch in any place of the canvas or select one of the options, the
 palette is closed.

 * Touch the button again: ERROR: The palette is not open.

 * Try with the touchpad, the palette is opened every time.

 * If we touch a first time, and later move the touchpad cursor over the
 button, the palette can be opened with a second touch.

 * The same happen in other activities using a RadioMenuButon, like
 Fototoon, or the next Paint.
