 I have separated the different options (gettext, babel, icu) in separate
 scripts and profiled them:

 ||gettext (current)||Babel||ICU||
 ||3.088 seconds||28.589 seconds||0.170 seconds||

 The profiling scripts and the output I got for XO-4 are attached.
