 TestCase

 * Go to Journal
 * Select a item that can be opened only with one activity, like Calculate
 or a pdf book, and go to the detail view.
 * Move the mouse over the restart button (first in the toolbar)
 * While the palette is opened, click on the button. The button does not
 reply, if the palette is closed, reply again.

 The same issue happen with 12.1.0
