 frequency_to_channel() in src/jarabe/model/network.py needs to include a
 list of 5 GHz channels in addition to its' 2.4 GHz ones.

 A list can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels

 Seen in OLPC 13.1.0 os34.
