 How to reproduce:

 1. Open Record
 2. Share the activity
 3. Join from another laptop
 4. Try taking a couple of photos to ensure sharing is working
 5. Disconnect from the network
 6. Reconnect
 7. Join the activity again
 8. From now on, sharing photos no longer works

 BTW, there should be a visual cue that the activity is no longer connected
 due to a network error. One is left wondering...
