#4522: prompted to hit non-visible stop button when modifying project with broken
blocks
------------------------------------------+---------------------------------
    Reporter: mzepf | Owner: walter
        Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: Unspecified by Maintainer | Milestone: Unspecified by Release Team
Component: Turtleart | Version: Git as of bugdate
    Severity: Minor | Keywords:
Distribution: Ubuntu | Status_field: New
------------------------------------------+---------------------------------
When I load a project with broken blocks (e.g., non-existent block names)
into TurtleArt, hit 'run', and then try to modify it, it keeps telling me
"Please hit the Stop Button before making changes to your Turtle Blocks
program". But there is no Stop Button because the project could not be
run because some blocks are broken. The usual Run Buttons (rabbit, snail)
and the Reset Button (eraser) show up. The latter works normally.

Workaround: Close TA, re-open, and load the project again. Then make
 changes before running.
