 Unable to collaborate in Read activity . Can see and join activity, but
 collaboration does not work at all.
 To reproduce:

 1. Open Read activity v108.2 in one XO (say XO-a)
 2. Share the activity with other XO (say XO-b)
 3. Now click on "choose something to read" icon

 Expected result: Journal entry should open and user should able to select
 the document
 Actual result: Nothing happened when clicked on "choose something to read"
 icon

 Tested on 32049oe4.zd
