 a) Flash an XO with an OS and then boot it for the first time to the Name
 screen, KEEPING IN NORMAL-MODE.

 b) After the name-screen appears, switch to e-book mode.

 c) Try and enter your name using the OSK. You'll find that the OSK does
 not appear.

 d) However, if the XO is booted while in ebook-mode, the OSK appears, and
 works fine.
