 We had a change in #1187 where if you updated sugar's rpm the favourites
 that are part of /usr/share/sugar/data/activities.defaults would not
 overwrite what was setup by OOB. What is missing now is this patch to
 sugar's spec file. We don't need this for 1a's release but this needs to
 be addressed before we rollout any updates after release.
