 In Physics activity v11.8, scroll bar doesn't appear when turned to
 portrait mode.
 To reproduce:

 1. Open Physics activity
 2. Draw some designs.
 3. Now Turn the screen to portrait mode.
 4. Some of the designs drawn in landscape mode will be missing in portrait
 mode.
 5. To view the missing designs, a scroll should present at the bottom of
 the screen.

 Result: No scroll appears at the bottom appears to view the missing
 designs.
