 TestCase:

  1. Open Browse
  1. Download this file:
     * https://dev.laptop.org/raw-attachment/ticket/12450/test.ogv

 Issue:

 The UI is blocked (or at least really, really slow) until the downloading
 progress finishes.

 Expected behaviour:

  1. Show the alert to confirm the downloading progress (Accept / Cancel
 it)
  1. Remove the alert
     * if it's accepted, start the downloading progress and let the user
 keep browsing
     * if it's cancelled -> '''really cancel''' the downloading progress

 ''NOTE: this happens just the first time (with a new fresh Browse
 instance)''
