 When you try to open the image clipping with Paint is says its mimetype is
 {{{image/bmp}}} in its log.

 I confirmed that using {{{sugar3.mime.get_from_file_name}}}. But if I add
 {{{image/x-MS-bmp}}} to the mimetypes supported by Browse, the option to
 open it with Browse appears in the palette.
