New description:
1. Connect to an open AP you never connected to before in OLPC 13.1.0
os30.
2. Look at the network icon in frame after a few seconds. The connection
information will show the IP address and channel, but will show "No
Wireless Connection" instead of the SSID and may also not color the icon.
3. Disconnect and reconnect to the AP. The name of the SSID for the
network and the proper color for it in Sugar are now shown.
This may be related/identical to #4188 .
