 TestCase:

 1. Start Browse/Wikipedia
 2. Select some text
 3. Drag region

 The region should be in white background and black border, the same as
 doing the select region and drag in other places of Sugar, the search
 entry in the zoom views for example.

 Currently is black, obfuscating the text.  See attachment.
