 In Sugar 0.100:

 When I go to Settings->Background, I do not see any option to add a custom
 image as a background. It would be useful if this screen either provided a
 button to add a custom image to the list of images shown or if it at least
 showed a message saying that one needs to add an image to the Documents
 folder for it to appear in the list.
