 > Did not reproduce in a quick check, perhaps the system has to be running
 for some time first.  If so, reminds me of OLPC 12694 where certain
 operations fail silently when system memory is heavily fragmented by a
 large download.  I've seen graphics operations fail too.

 I was able to reproduce within 5 minutes of booting. Interestingly, the
 first page to fail has embedded video, though I did not play any video.
