 Still a problem here, but with slightly different symptoms:
  1. Click “Log in / create account with OpenID”.
  2. Enter my OpenID URI and successfully authenticate on my provider’s
 end.
  3. Get to a page giving a “Username and account choice”, but it only has
 the option “An existing account on this wiki”, and prompts me to enter a
 username and password.
  4. Any choice of username and password results in the error: “Incorrect
 password entered. Please try again.”, and no account created.
