Comment:

 Tests in Peru deployment team are bringing this issue up.

 It doesn't seem limited to when user was invited.

 I tried it in a mixed environment using salut between one XO1.5 and two
 XO1.
 Seems to affect mainly XO1.

 Adding logs, GST_MESSAGE_ERROR indicates when the error is occurring, i.e.
 only when receiving chat messages and trying to speak them. Own messages
 are unaffected.
