New description:

 David,

 I appreciate your zeal in closing old3er tickets, but I disagree with your
 decision in this case.  Please leave the is bug open, it links to relevant
 bugs in the OLPC tracker and serves an important L10n/i18n purpose.  I
 have modified it's tags and ownership.
