 Jukebox-30 (as well as -29 in OLPC 13.2.0 os3) confuses item numbering
 after deleting an item.

  * Add two items to an empty playlist in Jukebox
  * Delete the first.
  * The first item will be labeled as !#2
  * Add a new item.  It also will be labled as !#2 (or whatever the last
 item in the list is already numbered if there are more entries).
