 TamTamEdit's note editor does not scroll properly during playback on
 XO-1.75 with OLPC 13.1.0 os2.

 Pressing the "Play button" will show the vertical progress bar
 repetitively drawing over and over the first beat of the current measure.
 This happens while the measure (all the notes currently on screen
 corresponding to one of the measures shown at the bottom of the screen)
 currently being played does not advance most of the time from one to the
 next even though you hear different music being played.

 This may either be a TamTam or a video driver issue.  This was not seen on
 XO-1.
