 Pippy's Playwave example does not work in OLPC 13.1.0 os2/Pippy-49.

 The Playsine example works and the Getsoundlist example works, but nothing
 is heard when Playwave is used on a XO-1.75.  The audio system is audibly
 turned on and off but nothing is heard except background noise.

 Changing the wave file name to match one of the ones seen in the
 Getsoundlist example does not solve the issue.
