 Sugar also should have a method to force an Avahi/Salute scan/update, and
 possibly re-query Gabble/Jabber as well.

 I often have to connect and disconnect to networks to force an XO to see
 Shared activities.

 In quieter network environments such actions are not required.

 Perhaps this could be combined with #3876 to form a generic "Refresh
 Network View" palette option.

 Seen in OLPC 13.1.0 & prior.
