 In OLPC 13.1.0 os1 I cannot create bookmarks in Browse or Wikipedia
 (English & Spanish).

 The bookmark button does not appear to do anything as the bookmarks bar at
 the bottom of the screen does not appear.

 This may be what is meant in #3855, but it is not like I can see them only
 to have them be lost as soon as I exit the activity.
