 Increasing the size of touch selection handles is the only way currently
 available to increase their hit target size. The existing handle images
 are visualy good, but are too small if they are also acting as the touch
 hit masks.

 Attaching a sugar-artwork patch with larger icons and update to theme css
 to match.
