 Steps to reproduce it

  1. Open Image Viewer
  1. Rotate the image
  1. Zoom in

 Issue

 The zooming does not happen at the center of the image it "fades out of
 the canvas".

 Expected behaviour

 Zoom should happen at the center and the image should be centered as well.

 Environment

 XO-4 os7 ImageViewer v53
