 Do we have to do anything special, for the peers to appear in the
 Neighborhood-View of sugar-build on F17?

 I have already done ::
                            * sudo seteenforce 0
                            * sudo service iptables stop
                            * sudo service ip6tables stop

 Doing the above causes the peers to appear on F14, but not on F17 (on
 sugar-build that is).
