 1. Start a download in Browse ("Keep" a file if necessary) of a
 reasonable-sized file (several MB or so).
  2. Press "Continue" to have the download start, then quickly switch to
 Journal view in Sugar.
  3. The screen will remain gray and unpainted for several seconds and
 maybe a minute or two, until apparently the point the download is
 completed.
